Everyone wants to have a smooth and shiny, but you have the right to take care of your skin? Our skin is like a baby who needs special care and food, and this is especially true for people with sensitive skin. It is very important that you have a routine of skin care by skin type you have. The first step is to identify your skin type. So here's a list of different skin types and how to care for them.

  • If you drain the oil glands do not produce enough natural lubrication oil to keep your skin becomes dry, itchy and sensitive. Dry skin has many oil and moisture and should be regularly hydrated. You must be moistened with water and apply a moisturizer for your skin soft. It is also a good idea to massage with baby oil after a bath.
  • Second Skin grease, oil, just the opposite. When the sebaceous glands produce too much sebum, you have a glowing skin and a creamy smooth texture and clogged pores. Oily skin is more prone to pimples and acne, oily skin, but overall is good, because less wrinkles, smoother and make you look younger. However, oily skin requires a lot of cleaning does not clog pores. You must use hot water to wash his face, because hot water dissolves skin oil better than lukewarm or cold water. Wash your face two or three times a day and use oil-free moisturizer to prevent acne.
  • Third Normally you have normal skin, if not too oily or too dry, because the sebaceous glands produce sebum at a moderate level. The normal, healthy skin, but you still have to fit. Using a mild detergent solution, to ensure that will not peel off the skin of its natural oils. You can exfoliate once a week and use a facial toner after cleansing. You must also use a light moisturizer that contains SPF 30 to protect your skin from the sun.
  • Fourth Most people have combination skin combination, where "T zone" in front of the nose, chin and features, while oily skin around the eyes and cheeks dry mouth. Skin type, you should try fat and dry areas are different. You should wash your face twice daily with a mild detergent, apply an oil-free moisturizer to dry areas only.
